How to Book?
Simple 5-Step Booking Process
Inquire About Rental Date & Schedule a Viewing
Contact us via WhatsApp to check availability for your desired rental date. If you’d like to visit the venue before booking, you can schedule a viewing appointment.
Confirm Rental Details & Payment
Once the rental date is confirmed, fill in your basic contact details and pay the deposit to secure your booking. On the rental day, the remaining balance is to be settled with our staff.
Receive Confirmation
After completing the payment, we will send a confirmation message via WhatsApp.
Venue Setup Arrangements
Before your event, we will coordinate the basic venue setup with you in advance. You can request specific equipment and layout arrangements, saving you time on event preparation.
Enjoy the Venue
On the rental day, simply arrive at the venue as per the provided address, and we will unlock the space for you. After your event, settle the remaining rental balance with our staff.
