I have a machine learning assignment about predicting whether customers will cancel a service. I understand the problem, but I am unsure how to arrange the work from start to finish. While searching online, I saw the phrase do my Machine learning assignments, but I want to complete the work myself. Should I begin with cleaning the data or understanding the research question?
